Hi along with diet some regular exercise like jogging, skipping, running, swimming, playing sports, long walks etc can improve your health, confidence and quality of life, more importantly it will lower your risk of developing serious illnesses.

as we know well that health comes first in our life, without a good health you are incomplete. you cannot enjoy your wealth without your health.
If you want to be active and healthy in your life exercise or sports is a best option you have. you cannot big diseases like cancer or HIV cant be eliminate through exercise. but if you involve in exercise from the start you can better avoid some health problems. for answering your question it needs a post to explain.
