not sure if pain is Gallbladder?
I know that my gallbladder is only functioning at about 15%, Don't have constant pain but the occasional severe attack. Going to see surgeon on Mon. If I notice that when I di something that puts a strain on my stomach muscles I start to bloat up and will feel like there is a knot in my side, is this a symptom that is connected or something else. Should I tell the surgeon ?

I'd tell the surgeon. Although I had mine removed years ago, the symptoms you're having (bloating & knot on side) are not what I experienced. I occasionally felt bloated but a knot never appeared.
