What is the best way to work with blond eyebrows?

I'd either get a reeeeallllly light brown eyeliner pencil and fill them in lightly or get a yellow eyeshadow and mix it with brown to ge a dirty blonde look and fill them in.

NYC brand has some good eyebrow pencils. i think you should probly use a light brown pencil, or you could try a dark brown. just be sure to do it litely and in short strokes that way it looks natural. hope this helped. . . [; best answer!
