cyberpowerpc low rep cheap products?

i want a cheap gaming computer and i found cyberpowerpc as a great contender for this but i have seen people saying the computers aren't tested and they get components they didn't ask for or the pc wont even boot up people also say ibuypower is the same as cyberpower so asuming that they are the same company should i continue with cyberpowerpc and take the risk or is there another company that will provide a computer under $1000 and give at least a phenom x4 955 BE and radeon 6950
