why am i getting the message "this account cannot be accessed" when trying to log into prius online?

decided to try the game out after hearing some good things about it from friends. had to reset my gpotato password but that was no big deal, still remember the username and email. downloaded it, patched it, and whenever i try logging into the game i kept getting the message "this account cannot be accessed" its not an ip block, i saw some people with the same message on the forums.
