The maintenance in my condominium complex isn't up-keeping the area, what can i do?
There is always dog fecal matter on the ground despite the posted signs. My maintenance doesn't do anything about it. What can i do?

Run for the Codno association board. If elected, you will then be in a position to hire a maintenance company more to your liking. I suspect you will actually find YOU are being unreasonable about what you expect it is POSSIBLE for them to do. Try finding the DOG and reporting the owner.

Report the problem multiple times until the managers start coming down hard on maintenance. .. you pay for them... you want better quality. Simple as that. Is that the type of service you apply when you work just to get the money and pay them? Chances are no... so why not burden them with the disatisfactory when you know you would do better if it were your job to do what they're supposed to.
