I'm looking for a new young adult fiction book to read.?
I got done with the Hunger Games series a few weekends ago and I enjoyed it. And now I don't have anything to read!
I like the whole supernatural romance teen fiction stories. I also like them to be series. (Also I'd perfer if the characters were high school age)
I've read
The Hunger Games
House of Night series
Hush Hush (I know about the sequel.)
Tantalize
Eternal
Twilight series
Harry Potter series.
So anything thathas action and romance I like (supernatural elements are also very cool, but the Hunger Games weren't really supernatural and I still liked it)
Thanks everybody!

The Iron Fey books by Julie Kagawa. The first one is The Iron King. They've got romance and adventure, and Fairies.
Vampire Academy is okay, so is The Immortals by Alyson Noel. The Mortal Instraments and The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare are terrific books.
Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side by Beth Fantasky was a great book, a sequel comes out in Winter 2011/2012. Jekel Loves Hyde by the same author was a great twist on the tale.
I hope this keeps you busy!

The Power of the Five by Anthony Horowitz are very good - supernatural, but no romance sorry.
Gone series - loved these books.
The Mortal Instruments are also really good.
I have an idea - why don't you go into your local book shop (Waterstones is my favourite) and look at the teen fiction section and pick, say, four or five books at random and if you like the blurb then read them and see what you think? It works for me when I do it.
Graceling and Fire by Kristin Cashore are amazing books and are supernatural teen fiction but set in a different world. My favourite books at the moment.

You should read The Uglies by Scott Westerfield. It a trilogy. It's not supernatural but it is futuristic which gives it the same feel. Each of the books has romance mixed in with action. ( the characters are sixteen in the first book) I've read most of the books you listed above and I think you'd really enjoy these. You should look up the summary, I'd give more details but I wouldn't do it justice. Great books!

OMG I have read most of the list of books above, so i think you might like these.
Mortal Instruments series- Cassandra Claire
Clair de Lune (like the song)
Finding Sky
Forgotten
The Enemy
Immortals
Good luck!
p.s. I really recommend the fist one listed Mortal Instruments, and that same author is starting a new series that is a prequel.
Also The enemy is very sad at some parts and one time i chucked the book across the room and didn't read it for 3 months because i was angry about something the author did in the book.

Pretty Little Liars by Sarah Shepard is a definite. It's action packed, romantic, and keeps you guessing until the end. It's about four former BFFs who broke up after the disappearance of their fifth BFF, Alison DiLaurentis. Years later, all of the girls have secrets, and they start to receive threatening text messages about those secrets, all signed with an A.
Nightshade by Andrea Cremer is also really great. It's about a girl, Calla, who's a guardian, one of the half wolf half human servants for the Keepers. She lives by the Keepers rules, and they provide her with education, money, etc. Her whole life has been planned out by the Keepers. But after she breaks one of their rules, and as a result, starts to question her whole existence, she discovers startling secrets, and a devastating choice.
The Wolves of Mercy Falls series by Maggie Stiefvater is amazing as well. The three books (Shiver, Linger, and Forever) follow Grace and Sam. When Grace was young, she was the victim of a freak wolf attack, but then a wolf with startlingly yellow eyes fended the others off. For years she's caught glimpses of "her wolf" in her backyard. After a freak wolf attack, the wolves are all hunted and Grace is terrified of her wolf getting hurt. Then, one day she comes home to find a naked, shivering boy unconscious on her doorstep.
The Forbidden Game by L.J. Smith is super scary, but amazingly romantic. Jenny basically buys a game for her boyfriend Tom, but when she and her friends play it together, they go into the game, and discover a world where Julian, the boy who sold her the game is the Shadow Prince, and he rules this world. AMAZING book with an unexpected ending. If you like this, you may also enjoy other books by L.J. Smith.
The Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld is also amazing. It has action, and later in the book, and the series (books in the series are Uglies, Pretties, Specials, and Extras) there is a lot of romance. In Tally's world, everyone gets an operation to turn them pretty at 16. When you're pretty, you get everything: the latest fashions, an amazing house, the newest technology, etc. Tally's dream is to be pretty, but when her best friend Shay runs away to avoid being pretty, Tally's government offers her a choice: find Shay and bring her home, or never turn pretty at all. This book makes you think, and has unexpected romance, and lots of action.
Simone Elkeles writes really steamy romance. Her Perfect Chemistry Series is breathtaking. It's about the unlikely relationship between Brittany Ellis, a rich gorgeous girl, who's parents pressure her to be perfect because her severely disabled sister is not, and Alejandro Fuentes, a boy from a poor family, who joined a gang to protect his family after his father was killed in front of him when he was 6. This book is amazingly romantic, as are all the other books in the series.
The Gone Series by Micheal Grant is also really good. It's about what happens when suddenly, all of the adults disappear. At first it seems like life will be salvageable, but then the teens left start to change, and to develop strange powers.

i do no longer think of I observed The Immortals sequence via Alyson Noel on your checklist. Or The Gemma Doyle Trilogy via Libba Bray. there is likewise a sparkling e book that released final 365 days referred to as Vixen. that's the 1st area of a ongoing sequence referred to as The Flappers. Plus, have you ever study any of Sarah Dessen's books? Her books handle a majority of the stuff you like and that they are all incredibly nicely written. i might start up out with the certainty approximately continuously - that's my well known. Sorry if any of those books have been already on your checklist!

There isn't too much romance in this book, but it was one of my favorites in junior high/high school and it has action and mystery in it. It's called "The Thief of Always" by Clive Barker. I can't tell you much about it because it may give it away, but it is about a boy that isn't happy with his life and is taken to a place where it is too good to be true and weird things start to happen. Another one that is mainly romance is called "Things Not Seen" by Andrew Clements. This one sounds kind of funny, but it is actually pretty cute. It's about a boy that becomes invisible and he meets a girl that is blind. Hope you like these two, they are a couple of my favorites!
