Accidental Xbox Live Ban?
My friend was banned on Xbox Live for 8,000 years and for no reason. We don't mod or cheat or even talk trash in any way. His rep was 76% preferred. He was playing Uno with some kid who was flashing himself and that kid got banned, but he has no clue why.
Any idea if we contacted Custom Support could they do something?

No such thing as accidental ban. Your friend did something. They don't do anything without checking it out. Could be something he did 6 months ago. They have a record of all messages sent. They can see everything that has EVER been in your bio. They will ban if you modify your avatar with external software. There could be any number of reasons he was banned but it was definitely not accidental.

An email is sent to the address associated with the account listing why you''re banned. A lot of people have been banned from World at War for using mods lately so make sure it wasn't that or attempting to sell modding services. The enforcement team does check all complaints and problems before they issue a ban.
