Any suggestions for cookbooks, or other recipe sources, that would be helpful in light of the below specifics?
There are three people in my family for whom I cook dinner daily:
1) Myself (I am not picky, and will essentially eat anything.)
2) My partner, who is gluten intolerant. (He can't have ANY gluten, which is most commonly found in wheat, barley and rye, or his digestive system gets...well, let's just say it gets "seriously pissed.")
3) My partner's 8-year-old son, who would eat chicken nuggets or pizza every day of his life if he could. He can be coerced into trying new things if they're not too "out there." Has a hatred of peas.
I've been living with them for about a year and a half and I really need to increase my repertoire beyond cheeseburgers, grilled chicken/chicken nuggets, chili dogs, nachos, frozen gluten-free pizzas, sausage & eggs, and one enchilada recipe.
Any suggestions for cookbooks, sites, individual recipes, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Have you gone to the bookstore to look for a gluten free cookbook? The child may be more willing to try things if he helps with the cooking. Give him tasks that he can do so that he'll be interested in the food.

This site should have lots of tasty gluten free recipes. Maybe getting the 8 year old helping prepare meals in the kitchen will get him interested in eating what is being served.

I like How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman.... It gives you ideas and gives you variations. Yes, there is stuff about bread in it, but there is soo much more in it as well. I look and study it everyday... I just like reading cookbooks I guess.
