Anyone have any advice please?
my friend recently bought a laptop and uses a dongle,does not have a landline for phone , has been told reception is very bad in his area, so consequently laptop has slowed down some and only getting 1 bar in connection...any ideas if he can be assisted in any other way please?

maybe get a dongle with a diffrent tariff with a stonger connection in the area
