I have an urge to Flip things off?

I always have the urge to flip things off-

mainly animals like my hamster, chickens and my aunties cats

and sometimes just random objects

i also flip off Justin Beiber or JedWard if they come on TV, but thats just because of hate

Whats going on?

    Ok so u need to do something painful to yourself when you flip something off and u will learn not to have the urge to do it.
