What Can I do with United Bank of India Visa Debit + ATM card?

I get my United Bank Debit c(_)m ATM card which has a VISA logo.I want to know Can I pay BSNL Landline Bills,CESC Electricity Bill?

When I trying to Pay my Landline bill in Billdesk Section with Debit cards There is no Mention of United Bank of India Debit Card.So I want to know how can I pay Bills with my United bank of India Visa Debit card?

(This is in India,Indian People answer please,it would be better to answer if any one has Same bank card like me.)

    Your card should be accepted as it has Visa logo on it.If it is not being acepted that shows that

    online payment is not acceptable by a particular co;& no other card will be useful irrespective of the bank.

    If it has the Visa symbol on it, it can be used internationally. Not every company allows online payments. I have two (Visa) Credit Cards - one provider has an online facility and the other does not.

    no you can't use debit card no for credit card purpose
