Kohl's return policy question?
Kohl's says you can "return any item any time for any reason." What is stopping people from returning things that have just worn out? For example, if I bought a pair of shoes five years ago and they are worn out, according to the policy they can be returned.

I couldn't find a copy of the actual return policy, but I'm more than certain there are damage and elapsed time clauses in it.
However. Sears has a no questions asked and no elapsed time limit policy on some of their hand tools.
I saw an old man return a 30 year old hand wrench at Sears for a brand new one about 10 years ago. The clerk just took the pieces of the old one and gave the old guy a brand new one. I was absolutely speechless when I saw that. The clerk told me it happens all the time.

lol we take basically everything back! as long as youve got the recipet and you havent worn them its fine. as for not having the box, well have the shoes in the department dont have boxes lol.
