Should we all just boycott flying for a couple weeks?

To show our displeasure with TSA should we boycott the planes for a couple weeks, I bet the airlines would get the TSA straightened out right quick!

It is a good idea but the TSA is Federal Agency so it won't hurt them directly, but it could put pressure on the The Airlines to stand up to the Feds more, and through hurting the Airlines we might achieve the goal of Straightening out or replacing the TSA. Like putting it under the purview of US Marshals.

Go ahead and stay home. No one is begging you to fly anywhere.

The airlines have no authority to do anything about security regs. They can either follow TSA and FAA to the letter or they can surrender their privilege of flying aircraft in the USA. Sorry, it is a regulated industry for our safety.

TSA has done a great job since 9/11 considering not a single plane has landed on your trailer park due to terrorist action.

Sorry, screening passengers is not a crime. Patting someone down is not a crime. Too many people are really lame and do not understand that EVERYONE must be screened and checked. The first time you decide to start allowing kids to not be screened or old ladies - the terrorists will use them to slide weapons or bombs past security checkpoints.

This is real basic stuff, but too many politicians and simple minded people don't understand reality.

Sure, it would be nice if the TSA could just ask politely if you were a terrorist or not and then let you go along your way. Keep dreaming about your fantasy world.

All drivers are stopped and asked 2 questions: How are you? the place are you coming from? “2 benign questions. The questions aren’t important. the way human beings act whilst they answer them is,” Sela mentioned. officers are in seek of for anxiousness or different warning signs of “misery” — behavioural profiling. Sela rejects the argument that profiling is discriminatory. “The word ‘profiling’ is a political invention by using folk who don’t choose to do protection,” he mentioned. “To us, it doesn’t count number if he’s black, white, youthful or previous. The TSA could care less. They get paid anyway.

I'd rather drive a thousand miles than fly 500.

No that would be a anti-government boycott. It should be illegal. I'm glad Democrats and Republicans don't care about your freedoms.

No most Americans like having their rights taken away. It makes them feel safe.

  • And then what do we do when they come to train stops.

More action is needed than a boycot. We need to elect people who are for getting rid of it.

I boycotted it ever since 2004.
