Please check my grammar on a short German phrase?

I want to have a T-shirt made that says "German accents turn me on" in German. I want to make sure that I have translated correctly before I spend $20 on the shirt. Is "Deutsche Akzents macht mir an" correct?

Do you mean multiple different accents? If so, it would be "Deutsche Akzente machen mich an."

If it is just a german accent in general, it is "Ein deutscher Akzent macht mich an."
