thats all i wanna know my ex employer told the unemployment office i quit but i showed the unemployment office papers where they fired me due to a bad background check over a misdameanor it was a temp service i answered no to felonies but told the recruitor about the misdeanor there hr office fired me and now the changed there answer to i falseifed an application

If your original application was germane to the question of why you were fired, of course they can share it.

I believe yes, and only people, that this is to use to figure eligibility for unemployment.
