About to start there and can't find it any where on google

I live in west Virginia and on July 17 I rear ended a guy on my way to work I know I should not drive but there's no public transpertation and I only drive to work and back ...but when the cop showed up by law in this state its mandatory that he arrests me on the spot for driving on suspended on DUI but he didn't he informed me that he will contact me when he's ready to arrest me well I waited and it never happened so today I get a summons in the mail from local mag court saying I need to appear before a mag buy sept 16 to face these charges 2 mouths after the fact ...idk if there's anything legal I can do the cop was lazy that day and didn't do his job never called and waited nearly 2 mouths before acting so is there anything I can do is there statuette limitations on this

i been on unemployment for a year now ive been looking for a job and got an offer last week i start training next week but i havnt been active no work exercise no nothing for a year i gor real lazy i have no bad discs or anything like that and my doctor hasnt told me nothing im also about 40 pounds over weight but still i havnt done anything stressful for my back to hurt but when i set down it hurts real bad ive been doing straching to help the pain im know its goin be hell when i return to work but i wanna know is why does my lower back hurt when im not doin any lifting or anything stressful

ok a friend of mine give me 4 16 inch tires and my lumina has 15 inch rims can someone tell me what kinda car has a 16 inch rim and same bolt pattern as a chevy lumina

ok so i live in a pretty urban area and have a problem with racoons geting into my garbabes for the past few nights ive set a trap up with tuna as bait dog food etc and i keep traping cats ....its a humane trap but i need to know what kinda bait i can use to attract the coons not the cats and most all my naighbors have cats and are dealing with the koon prob as well and we are all clueless in what to do any help whould be great

i got a misdameanor from 5 years ago ive got 4 jobs in the last 5 years such as casino work janitorial work raceing commission work and security guard work and all have come back as clear background checks after i was convicted ...now 5 years later i just applyed at 7-eleven for a cashier spot and they called and found the charge i also applyed for a small security firm and the also discovered it....so im really confused to how i can pass background checks for these casinos security firms and fbi background checks all these years and now these small companys are finding these things out

thats all i wanna know my ex employer told the unemployment office i quit but i showed the unemployment office papers where they fired me due to a bad background check over a misdameanor it was a temp service i answered no to felonies but told the recruitor about the misdeanor there hr office fired me and now the changed there answer to i falseifed an application
