Pregnant and so tired I'm getting sick. Need advice please!?

I'm a mother of two (32 month old girl and 20 month old boy) and pregnant with baby3 (9 weeks)

I know it is normal to experience fatigue in the first months of pregnancy but this is ... difficult. I absolutely need a nap or else I get physically sick (migraine, vomiting, etc) ... and you must understand with two young children, sleep isn't always easy to get. I'm a SAHM so I can't rest during the day either. Do you have tips to help me feel better? I'm seeing the doctor in 2 weeks (regular appointment, first of my pregnancy)

Update:

Okay, the problem is not nausea but fatigue ;)

Update 2:

Okay, the problem is not nausea!! but fatigue ;) please no more "crackers" and gingerale advices :P

Update 3:

we do eat well, but maybe I don't exercice enough ;) should do more! I'de have to buy one of those special strollers, though ;)

as for friends, families and a babysitter I'll look what I can come up with ;) pretty far from Utah but still you're so sweet, Anonymous! :) I'm from Qc, Canada.

I understand completely what you are going through if you have a friend or neighbor or even some family that is close by and available you should ask for some help. Ask a certain person to come help you on certain days and another person to help on other days even if it is just for you to take a nap. If your kids are still taking naps try and get them on the same napping schedule so you can nap while they do! I really do understand. Hope you can get some help! If you are anywhere in utah county I'd be happy to help just because I understand exactly what you are going through!

Well first of all have you been gettin daily excersise? Or the right nutrition. That's really important. Both. If not you really should maybe a jog with your kids in the stroller or you could drink V8. You do need some sleep so try hiring a babysitter. I know it sounds funny hiring a babysitter so you could sleep but it will give you rest which you need

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

Yogurt is meant to stop vomiting it creates a liner around your stomach to stop retractions.

Recommend plan yogurt, it may work.
