My little sister put a password on my iPhone and forgot it, what do I do?

I tried restoring the iPhone through iTunes, but it says "this phone is not eligible for restore". What do I do?

    Try calling the phone company to reset/find out your password/phone. Not letting her know your password after you fix it would be what to do next

    Put emergent call dial random number you should appear at home

    I would go to AT&T and ask them for advice.
