help with moving to brazil and the requirements?

i'll be moving to brazil in october and im wondering what exact requirements i will need to live there. i am turning in my passport application saturday morning and i'd like to know what else i will need to get there and stay there legally. should i talk to the people at the post office about visas and other stuff i will need? also i know im going to need to get a few vaccinations, not sure exactly which ones i have to get though.any help or info on the stuff listed above would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    You need to contact the Brazilian embassy, closest to where you

    live for the requirements.

    Generally speaking, to apply for a visa to any country, you need

    to be in your home country. you cannot apply for the visa from

    the country you want to live in. You need to get a plan that is

    going to work, and not get you deported.
