I didn't. My mom did. When she got liposuction, she had a hard time walking for about a week or 2 weeks, don't remember. Always kept her hand over her stomach when she'd move. She couldn't lay down fully. She had to have her back straight up, even when she slept. She barely ate. Wasn't fun seeing her like that. I told her she shouldn't even get liposuction, she wasn't that fat. She could've just burned it herself.

If you plan on getting lipo, don't. Just workout. Be consistent. Do it the RIGHT way. Don't cheat and waste your money. (Not trying to be offensive)

But whatever you do, good luck.

I've had a tummy tuck. Most of my excess weight was always in my tummy anyway. With that out of the way, I looked fabulous. In weight, I was only 5 pounds (I think 2 to 3 kilos) lighter. The surgery was done under epidural, not general anesthesia. The healing took a while because I had a small hernia. Otherwise there is a thin scar line across your lower abdomen, this is a year later. I am still thinner but gained a lot of weight because I'm on medication that increases your appetite. If you can control your eating habits and if most of your weight is in your abdomen, I recommend this surgery. Research the surgeon and hospital well first, of course.
