my air conditioner is broke?

i have the type where its the vent in the floor, and only the fan is working, whats better leave the windows open with the fan on, or closed with the fan on?

    In humid weather its best to keep all doors and windows closed and let the air circulate through the house

    If the windows open at the top, open them. It would help until you can get your unit fixed.
