My sister bought a Shark steam mop over the tv and she paid 4 intallments of $74 and she didnt like,?
however she should have made the return in 2 months only. She just called Euro co. and asked if she could at least have the change for a vaccum cleaner that costs only $69, and they could keep the amount about $100, or return and get something else and they said now she must keep it. Any suggestion?.It's brandnew cause she probably used it just once.

She is probably stuck with the product. Chalk this up as a learning experience. I read that almost all of the TV products were, let's just say, not very good. I learned my lesson but only one time.

This isn't a cleaning question. This is a legal question. She's almost certainly stuck with the product. She could sue them, but the lawsuit would cost many times more than the cost of the machine. Next time, use caution in what she buys. "Great deals" on television are seldom what they appear to be. Television ads sell a lot of junk, and there is seldom a remedy if you don't like what you got.
