If you have the ability to upload videos long then 15 minutes, you should be fine to upload your video on YouTube. Plus they have this really great thing called the 'Advanced Video Uploader', what it does is it supports large video files (like 2GB, and even larger), it's also resumable so if your internet cuts out mid-upload your progress won't be lost.
If you go to the upload page, to the right should be a thing that says 'Advanced Video Upload', click 'try now'

Upload it on yotube. You will get more views and you can upload 45:00 videos. I seen videos that go up to 48 hours and have porn in between.
