Is it true that in order to vote in the 2012 election we (Americans) must become certified to vote by obtaining a Voting Certification?

Carra, it is not true. All you need to do is go to the nearest office of Motor Vehicles or the Secretary of State in your area and register. You may also do this by mail if you contact these offices by phone they will send you an application by phone. In many states, you may register online as well. It is a very easy process and will take about 5 minutes once you have proper forms.
