It makes R&S come up as the first suggestion so they don't have to hunt for it.
R&S usually has the most active users so the question is most likely to get answered if it's on this forum.

Spiritually talking, it is so we are able to ask a question which may be on shaky floor so a great way as Y!A and the document monkeys are worried. it variety of feels stupid, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it generally works. And there are some people who nonetheless care approximately violation notices. i think of maximum folk determine that any given account is on borrowed time in case you take part in this communicate board many times, yet there are people who do exactly unlike getting VN's.

Because as you can see by the majority of the questions here; 90% don't have a clue what the word spirituality really means.

the word spiritually is a tag that puts r & s at the top of the suggested category list. that way, they don't have to take the extra ten or so seconds to manually find it.

To save time categorizing the question.
More specifically, they want either a) more eyes on their question so they post in a busy section like this, or b) wish to get the input of people they know frequent this section.

Because they're imbeciles and they believe (falsely) that doing so renders their "questions" less of a chat violation.
