Sleepwalking and sleep talking associated with jet lag...?

2 days ago, I went on a flight from New York to South Korea. It was 13-14 hours long.

Recently, while I sleep, I start sleepwalking and sleeptalking. Are these behaviors associated with jet lag?

I don't think it's a common side effect of jetlag. It's never happened to me or anyone else I know of. If it is a side effect of jetlag, it's not a common one.

It may be...when I was in the Marines they always PT'd us (physical training) soon after a long flight...they said it was to avoid jet lag...so you may try a very vigorous workout.
