First trial was a mistrial - no verdict. A mistrial is the same as no trial at all even though time and effort was spent and the result was no verdict. Double jeopardy comes into play if a verdict is rendered - guilty or not.

His first trial ended with a mistrial, and double jeopardy does not attach to that.

that would be great! i believe she is GUILTY and should be sentence to life in prison...if not death.
