do we need to go to the ER?
my sister was jumping on the trampoline and something was under her as she was bouncing on her back. a leg to an upside-down lawn chair had hit her lower back. she is still in pretty bad pain and that was 2.5 hrs ago.
it began hurting in the entire back area, and then the pain went to her hips and she "cant walk" but she can still move her legs but it is painful. now the pain is only in her hips. it is painful for us to move her, so im wondering if we should take her to the ER, or is this one of those things that just need to heal with time?
thanks

Yes she needs to go to the ER, any injury to the back needs to be taken seriously. This is not something that you should wait on take her now!

Yes, this is actually something that needs to be checked out.
She could definitely have fractured her pelvis or lower spine. She needs to be seen by a doctor and have imaging done ASAP.
That, and she needs proper pain medication so that she is more comfortable.
