R&S: Isn't it hypocritical of Christianity?

Ape definition

1. Any of various large, tailless Old World primates of the family Pongidae,

including the chimpanzee, gorilla, gibbon, and orangutan.

Absence of tails qualifies most humans as "apes" not "monkeys." That

includes your uncle too, whether you call yourself an 'evolutionist' or not.

"Jesus is God."

The Bible doesn't tell me so.

"Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God."~John 20:17

Jesus states that he is ascending to HIS God, and not some nebulous divine portion who is one of the three "persons" of God. It makes little sense that one God who is allegedly split into three "persons" would create a hierarchy where one of the God persons calls the other God person his God.

"Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name."~Rev 3:12

The risen and ascended Jesus proclaimed four times in one verse that he has a God.
