Well I know with my car, you can turn the key two clicks and keep foot on brake and you can put the car into drive. (I think two clicks is acc, not sure) You would just have to re-shoot that scene.

they never showed the shifter and the car moving at the same time so i would simple turn the key to on (car not started) and set the parking brake
