@ Dart, I did look it up myself and the online dictionary said there was no such word as "domage."

Yes, it's spelled close: quel dommage is the correct spelling.
It means what a shame or what a pity.
You couldn't look that up yourself?

It should be 'quel' dommage (dommage = masculine)
And it means ''what a shame/too bad/what a pity''
