I really want to self harm right now...?
I have been a cutter for eight years, and I just got out of a treatment center for self harm and anorexia. I really want to give in to my relapse temptations right now, and I just need some advice on what to do...I have a relapse prevention plan, but nothing on it is working. Please help me.

Maybe you just need to find something to keep your mind off of whatever is bothering you. Some people like movies, some people like puzzles or gardening. There's also scrapbooking, baton twirling, fishing, kayaking, smoking, scuba diving, fossil hunting, metal detecting, sports, games, arts and crafts, geocaching, meteorology, archery, stamp collecting, and a whole lot more. Please don't cut yourself. Just get out and have fun.

Do you have a hobby?
And the best thing is actually exercise.
Believe it or not.
It stimulates the brain and keeps the blood flow
XD i think... But no I used to do the same thing.
I got over it by joining track and running miles each day.

Don't do it! Do other things to keep your mind off of it. You can listen to music , Play games or just do something that you love to do :) Hope this helps.

Don't do it find something else to do with ur time art sports dating ect.
