Who thinks Casey Anthony didn't commit murder?
Everyone is so set on the fact that she mudered caylee. I thank fox news and the prosecutors for making her out too be this sadistic woman who could have cared less about caylee. How judgemental people are in this country makes me sick. You don't know her or what she has been through and you were not their when it happened. She has already served time and to think they were going to give the death penalty is beyond me. If this were back in the old days where we didn't have a real justice system she would have been hung on the spot just by pure accusing. I'm also sick of people assuming they "know" she did it. Oh yea??? Where is the proof or concrete evidence? To judge someone so harshly when you barely know anything about her is sick and evil to say the least.

-Here's the Thing (and WHY the Jury couldn't convict Her); Maybe Casey DIDN'T deliberately kill Her child- but the little girl died Accidentally somehow, & Casey simply freaked out, didn't know WHAT to Do- & just hid the Body as a way to "distance Herself" from the whole Event ! As STUPID as That Sounds; Casey has proven Herself to BE pretty Stupid throughout this whole thing. And as Disgusting as That IS, -it's still NOT "murder"- and it's certainly not worth all the "hoop-la", up-roar, & demands for the Death Penalty- this Case has Caused ! So without ANY hard "Proof" that Casey actually killed Her Kid- there was No Way a Jury could Convict her of Murder.

Form the little I know about the case, it seems that she is still responsible for her death. I wouldn't call it murder, especially as she would have been likely to face death penalty, but definitely she should have received a more serious sentence.

I think its pretty concrete that she didnt report her beloved daughter missing for 31 days, or that she went out and partied every night. Or it might have been the fact that the childs body was found within a few hundred feet of their house, or the nanny she made up as an excuse to hide her missing daughter. Weather or not it was an accident or not, She should have been fried..
It doesnt matter how you dance around it, She killed the little girl and thats murder.
