Did the court pick the 12 dumbest people in Pinellas County to be the jury?
I don't understand, if the defense says she "drownded" accidentally, isn't that still considered child neglect, abuse?? and then if so, how did her body end up wrapped and "dumped" like garbage one the side of the road?? who did that?? Wow , in Delaware, if your a mom and ANYthing happens to your child, even if you don't know anything about it, you get charged with felony child abuse and look at serving 15 years. I think the Feds should prosecute her for violating Kaylee's civil rights. This is again another devistating show of how people with money get whatever they want. If you are charged, get a fancy lawyer and get away, if your the victim's family, the prosecutors go out an make a case out of nothing.

Yea and I'm sure someone will put her crazy *** on a reality show sometime soon, since she's now somewhere considered a a celebrity. I'm sure Celebrity rehab can't wait, hell they already put Amy Fisher on there, you remember her, yeah she's famous for shooting a lady in the face.

No. They did not prove their case. They proved she was a bad mom that's all. They spent too much time focusing on her dancing and partying. The whole "she killed her because she wanted to party" theory was stupid. She may very well have done it, but I'm glad she wasn't convicted because they DID NOT prove she did it. It makes me glad to see that jury's still look at evidence not listen to the media and the preconceived ideas. I wouldn't want to be on trial in front of a jury that convicts even though there isn't enough evidence just because they don't like me.

Most jurors are pretty stupid. Who else can be away from their job that long? Think about it.

I got half way through your second sentence and realized you pretty much answered your own question. No the jurors aren't dumb as stated from your own words "how" gave them reasonable doubt. Unlike most people protesting from their emotions they actually did their job and based their decision off the evidence presented to them. More evidence would have convicted Casey.
