regrettably he's perhaps reflecting what his mothers and fathers say once you're literally not there! i'd talk to him anytime. do not get excited - yet do answer his questions, clarify that human beings are available diverse kinds and sizes. And, that it truly is high quality! enable him recognize that some situations human beings's emotions should be damage even as they are called names are informed they devour too a lot etc. in truth, he's no longer your baby. it is as a lot as his mothers and fathers to coach him socially appropriate habit. also, he's 5 years previous - you do not have the favor to make him experience he's doing some thing poor if his comments are born from basic interest. even as his comments can make you uncomfortable, it is likely he has no idea the impression of the words. remember that too.

Ask him if he knows what the word means, and then explain why it's a bad word. Make sure you don't say the word and that none of the games or movies he watches say it either.

I know its probably hard but completley ignor him when he says it. If he knows that he is getting a rise out of you whether it be a giggle smirk or even a look he will know he is saying something thats a.. pretty funny and b..something that hes getting a bit of attention out of.
Just ignor him and he will forget about it.

you start by telling him its bad and stopping yourself from saying it
my friend doesn't say n*gga but i usedto and ended up influencing her lil brother thats around 6 or 7
he started saying it alot then i told him not to cuz its bad (i think thats what i said) than i stopped and so did he
younger siblings look at the older ones and learn from them and sometimes like/want to do the same thing

Throw the game away and spank him if he says that word again (after explaining to him it is a very bad word that he should never repeat).

Stop saying them.
