Does anyone know what とかさ means?

It's part a song; the line is:

闇が時を支配する時代とかさ:

Yami ga toki wo shihaisuru jidai tokasa:

Anything what be appreciated, thanks.

とか means "for example" or "something like that". Young Japanese use it a lot in the same way that young English speakers use "like". Here's an example.

    週末は何をしますか。

What do you do on weekends?

    ショッピングとか、カラオケとか…

    Like, shopping or karaoke...

So in your song, it's a little hard to translate without more context, but maybe something like, "For example, an era where time is controlled by darkness." Hope this helps!
