can a person who have a green card and legally admitted into the US be Deported?

    Yes. Your green card can be revoked at any time. You are here at the pleasure of the US government. And if they decide that you are undesirable, they will revoke your green card and deport. Felons for example are supposed to be deported immediately upon completion of their sentence.

    Absolutely! Green Card holders are subject for deportation and their card revoked when they committed a crime. Any misdemeanor under the state law is considered a felony under immigration law.

    Yes, absolutely.

    If a green card holder is convicted of a felony, they will almost certainly be deported after serving their sentence.

    Yes,they can. If they got their green card through fraud or are convicted of a crime they can have their green card revoked and be deported.
