In "True Blood" when they have the flashbacks to Eric's past, what language are they speaking?
Did they get someone to reconstruct what the Vikings spoke or are they just speaking Swedish or Norwegian or something?

The language that they are speaking is Swedish . You can tell because it is 1. the only other language Alexander Skarsgard can speak fluently and 2. the same language they have spoken in everyone of Eric's flashback's .
If you don't believe me you can type something Eric says into google translate . It's swedish alright !
