singnig in different ranges good or bad?
I love to sing to the songs that I have purchased off itunes. I love to sing to them. Some of the song are not within my range of notes when I sing. could this effect my singing voice in a negative way.

Well, if you're actually "aspiring" to sing and you actually have a good voice then i would recommend that you try and work your way up to the notes. Don't force the notes because that CAN ruin your voice. Although you can expand your range, you can only extend it so far. You could also just try to sing an octave lower than the singer.
