if some on tries to press coverage me wen i play as a widereciever can i just run through him as soon as ball is hiked can i put my hand on his chest and push him away as im runing but let go b4 the 5 yard rule? i want to know what the rules are for the reciever when he is getting pressed? and also wud like to know if im right on this the cornerback can only put his hand on ur numbers right he cant go above the neck right?

Nope. But at the line you can push him as hard as you want(if you can you can just push him down. But it has to be on the numbers. But if you are blocking a DE,S, or LB. The ones you put on the DE will be the biggest block anyone will see all game. As for the second part. What exactly is above the numbers. Thats where it becomes unnecessary roughness
