Here the thing, what you got was special deal, maybe you found in "Oahu this week", you get it in kiosk onna street, or maybe you book through special from vendor onna street, ok? Now, April not big tourist time for us, so company trying to get something going by offering special, ok? Now, same tour gonna cost in neighborhood of 32 to 39 bucks, ok? Now, not to say that you not find deal when you get hea, depend on when you come, but till then, if you book now, gonna pay regular price, ok?

By any chance, was this a promotional offer or a discount you received via a travel agency? The cheapest price for most "circle-the-island" tours offered is around $32 (+/- $2).
