Manny Pacquiao the biggest hypocrite in boxing?
USADA is Non-profit, endorsed by the US Government (where Pacquiao makes his money), and has been testing both American and international athletes for greater than a decade.
Yet Arum & Manny are questioning the USADA. This is an thumb in the eye and a insult to the host country Manny makes his money in. How can you better your life using our system and then turnaround and question our integrity? If we are a neutral enough place to earn a living you should fall under our rules of law.
Manny can sue under US laws and make millions under US laws, but somehow he can’t be randomly tested under USADA because is US based?
Now they want us to believe that a NON-PROFIT organization endorsed by the US GOVERNMENT that’s been testing athletes BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC for the past DECADE isn’t fit to test a single boxer? Really?

Pactards talk about how Mayweather all of a sudden wanted drug testing so they said he's scared. He decides to start having the test because of his father suspecting and accusing Pacquiao of being on steriods. However it wasn't just for Pacquiao because he had the testing for the fight with Mosley and now Ortiz, and then his next opponent and the opponent after that.
Pacquiao and Bob Arum were completely against this test, Pacquiao is suing Mayweather for defamation just for demanding this test. They say that blood testing will weaken him so there has to be a 21 day cut off. Now more than a year later the problem with Bob Arum is that USADA isn't fit for testing??? Why didn't he just say that when Mayweather demanded testing? Ridiculous.

Or is it Floyd Mayweather who has always had no problems with the way the commission has conducted their drug testing in all his bouts prior to negotiatoins with Pacquiao...even against the guy who claimed "schooled" Pacquiao twice. ALL OF A SUDDEN, it's not good enough anymore and he requires MORE drug testing than standard protocal even when he's never required it at any point in his career beforehand.
If you call Pac a hypocrite, then you might as well call Floyd. Floyd's a hypocrite on a different topic, but a hypocrite none the less. I could go on and on about all the ways that Floyd's contradicted himself, as Im sure you could do the same for Pacquiao, but it's a never ending debate that will never get settled.

i guess asafa powell is a hypocrite too, http://www.usatoday.com/sports/olympics/beijing/20... since he is "required" to take the test but complains about it.

Manny is scared, & he keeps proving it over & over by refusing tests. Mayweather is taylor-made for a wild swinging fighter.
