Windows 7 on Macbook Pro SP1 problems?

Question

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro 17inch and i am running windows 7 professional on one partition using bootcamp, and i have installed the game Crysis Warhead. I could play the game perfectly fine before updating windows and installing SP1 through windwos update. After updating the game will open but i cant even play it on the loweoost settings at 800x600, it becomes 100% unplayable. Any specific update that could be causing this issue? any way to fix it?I tried updating my GPU driver to the latest and that didnt help. The Mac has an i7 2.2ghz and the Radeon 6750M GPU.

ummm my guess is that the computer is running the mac game drivers and crysis wont work on mac... so your computer uses the intigrated intel graphics not the amd added gfx.. what you have to do is put the osx disk in on windows and update from there

I have the present 15 macbook professional with the identical nvidia pictures card because the 17 inch. If you are watching at critical gaming with the trendy video games on maxed out settings than you must most likely appear on the alienware. I am an attractive dependable mac person however that does not regulate the truth that there are higher gaming computer systems in the marketplace. If you are a mild gamer, I could endorse the macbook professional–heavens, why are you watching on the 17 inch. That factor is gigantic, and hardly ever what I could remember transportable. Save your self the paintings and cash and purchase the 15 inch.

try this:

right click on the game (.exe file that starts the game) select proprieties. the the box that appear clik on compatibility. Tick the run in compatibility box and select windows 7, windows vista or anything else. If that does'n work try to restore computer using system restore or try to uninstall the the sp1
