Makes no difference really, the difference is in size. Excel if my memory serves me right is only available in 21 and 23" long risers, while the Horizon offers the 25" model. My suggestion, if you're looking at the Excel limbs or the ZR330, go with a third option, Samick Privilege. It's about half the price of the Hoyt Excel, it's very smooth, and surprisingly quick. I've scored a 284 on an NAA 300 round at 25m with it. That's with arrows that are 3 spines too stiff for the limbs.
See, the way I see it, spend the money on the riser, get yourself the cheapest pair of limbs. The limbs you start out with will be discarded before too long. So built your strength and form using cheap limbs, once you've reached your target bow weight (if you plan on shooting a FITA, this should be around 38-45 lbs) then you buy a good pair of limbs. There is a difference between your Excels and ZR330 and the likes of the Hoyt 990TX, Samick Masters or any of the flagship limbs. But comparing the Samick Privilege vs Excel, I'll take the Privilege any day.

To divide B1 by E1: In C3, put: =B3/$E$1 To put this formula in column C without retyping it every time: In the first cell, type your formula. Copy and then paste it. (or, select it and drag the formula down by pulling the bottom right corner). Excel will automatically change the formula from B3/$E$1 to B4/$E$1 to B5/$E$1 and so on. Or - to replace the contents of B1:B10 with the results of each cell divided by E1: Copy E1 > Select B1:B10 > Right-click: paste special > Select "Divide".
