Small white bumps on my areola?!??!?

So last week I noticed a few small white bumps on my areola on my left breast. A couple days ago I noticed that the bumps went down on my left breast, but came back up on my right one. Not as many but still there. I'm 16 and I heard sometimes it means your preggo, but I know I'm not because I just got my period today. Is this a sign of cancer? =S I am very self conciouse so if I could, I would like to avoid my parent or doctor looking/groping my boobs.

Thanks.....

I get those sometimes. more or less it's a zit/clogged pore on your boob. a cancerous tumor would feel like a frozen pea under your skin.
