In this current economy, would it be better to get my real estate license or insurance license?

It would be combined with my BBA in Finance.

I have a likely unpopular opinion. Yes... many real estate agents have indeed left the profession. But, many of those agents joined the profession when it was "easy" to sell homes. I personally think now is a perfect time to get into real estate, particularly in your case, since you already have a great education to build from.

Real estate agents who are educated, competent, provide great service, and place the clients' interests above all else should never have a problem finding business. Provide great service, and your clients will be happy to refer you any day.

Good luck with the direction you choose!

Definitely insurance because the real estate market is down right now, so even if you have a license you can't make decent income in that field.

Since promoting a tangible object like truly property is continually less difficult than promoting an intangible object like coverage, I could opt for truly property. As a long way as which one is a extra profitable industry enterprise, all of it depends upon you and your earnings talents. Good good fortune with both alternative.
