    None of the Congress members read the bills. Their staffs of 50 give them a synopsis of the bills. Didnt you see Sicko? This plan is expeimental. In addition to the lawsuits against it, most of the provisions have not unfolded so we dont know how it will affect every segment of the population yet. This is an 8 year plan and it is in the second year. So far, the provisions have been wonderful, even though insurance companies raised their premiums much more than usual.
