    Each different kind I have a different taste for. I do love sole alomondine too. I like Chilean Sea Bass Grilled, Cod fillets crusted with herbs and potato then baked. Cod is good fried too. Salmon any way except poached. Especially grilled with a dill cream sauce. Hmmm. I think I'll make that tomorrow ! Like I need a cream sauce LoL ! So yummy though.

    Watch your portion servings. Otherwise also use olive oil and whatever the recipe calls for, cut it in half. You'll never notice the difference. Eat more veggies and skip anything that's processed. Too much sodium and preservatives. I lost 65 pounds this way and made me a better cook. Oh, and walk about 4 days a week with a purpose, not just strolling. Fat is not bad, we all need some in our food for energy, just watch where it comes from.
