Is it safe to fly a 'Welcome' sign outside your house?
I like house flags, but, the current one says Welcome...I wonder if this is a safe message to put outside my home? what do you think? Should I take it down?

I don't see why not, if it draws unwanted attention from local teenagers who might vandalize it. It's your house and you can use your land however you want. Unless it is rented property, in that case you should check with the person youre renting off.
